New arrival

Yesterday was such a great day.  My best friend and her husband welcomed their new baby and I got to be apart of the delivery!  I've never been in the delivery room before (other than having my own three kids), but to actually watch and coach someone else... I've never had that experience.  So for me, this was such a joy!

Her delivery was so fast.  The doctor had to actually break her water and right after, her baby just came right out!  So amazing. The baby is perfect... very happy and healthy.  And for my best friend, who did not even have an epidural or any other kind of drugs, she did such a fantastic job.  I'm so happy for her and her family.

I have some pictures I'd love to share... just a couple.  I took a lot more than this (you know me, if you follow my blog when it comes to pictures!) but I'm just going to post these two.
