December Daily

I started putting my December daily book together this morning and it's looking great! I am going with a traditional 8x6 book that I hand made. I took a piece of card stock and attached patterned paper to each side of the card stock to make it a little stronger. I then put the book together by using my Bind-it-all. Here's the book before any embellishments.





I'm not sure why the front of the book turned side ways. I didn't put it in like that and can't seem to correct it. Anyway, the front of the book is something I came up with and just LOVE. I usually take hundreds of pictures in the month of December so I decided to create a photo CD folder for the front that will contain all of my pictures for the month of December. Then in the book, it will have one picture for the day, leading up to Christmas day. The tag on the front of the book with the year will hold a small picture.







The next pages are day two through day five. Day two and three are pretty basic, with a couple of areas for photos as well as a small journaling spot.




Day four I created a spot for journaling on the front, with a small picture that can be pulled out from behind the note. Day five I used real sheet music from high school that I've had for 13 years. I also used my Cuttlebug and embossing folder to create sheet music where a photo will go.
