Thanksgiving feast

I've been so behind on keeping my blog updated with all the fun going on. We had a really nice Thanksgiving with our friends. This was the first year that we have been without our families since we moved away from everyone in February due to the Army transfer. We are fortunate enough to have friends that moved here too, so it really is like having family here. What was great about this Thanksgiving is that there was no fighting, no stress and the food was AMAZING. Roger did an amazing job on the turkey and my husband's ham was out of this world! The kids had a good time as well, although Nate did get bored because he felt there was "nothing to do". But then again, he is 9 years old and at that age I remember being bored during the holidays too!!













Roger and Devon deep fried the turkey this year. That bird was DELICIOUS! The entire bird got eaten.
