A happy New Year to all!

Happy 2009! This is a brand new year with brand new possibilites, new chances and new goals! I'm so thankful I have another year on this earth to be with the ones that I love the most. I'm thankful and happy to have healthy children and husband, thankful we have jobs, and thankful for a roof over my head.

2008 was a very stressful time for my husband and I, however, full of adventure. My husband recieved orders and we moved from Washington to Kentucky, drivin across the country with all of our belongings, our three kids, us, our two dogs and two cats, my mother-in-law and her dog, two cats and bird, and our cars. Whew!

Our first month in Kentucky, we were greeted with a foot of snow while our friend Cliff visited us from Florida along with the stomach flu that plagued us all for 8 days, the next four months were spent with me trying to get back into my contract company and get my job here on post as a dental assistant, having my mother-in-law live with us for those four months before she found her own place to live in July... the children starting school in August during the hot summer and October starting the holiday season off with a trip to the pumpkin patch on my birthday, Thanksgiving with friends in November and celebrating Christmas without our extended families for the first time in our lives.

So here is to 2009! A better year for everyone! Happy New Year!
