Today the kids spent the day playing outside, enjoying the sun. It seems that it really never affects them, the heat that is. They can play outside for hours without a care.
I seriously can't wait until I have to wear sweaters again. :)

First of September... fall is coming!
Ohhh I am so happy. It's finally the coming of fall. I've been looking forward to it all summer. I'm not a summer person just for the simple fact that I hate the heat. I'm from Washington state where summer temps are usually in the high 60's, 70's. Since May here in Kentucky it's been in the 70's to 90's even some days with the heat index in the 100's.
