It's been a long week this past week and I'm glad to see it over. It's hard to be at my clinic, working when there isn't a doctor to work with. Sadly, most days are spent at work with me walking around saying, "do you need some help?" The answer is always no. I finally asked what I was hired to do and they told me that the Army requires so many dental assistants through these contract companies so the contract company has to honor that and they hire as many as they have to. There are a few others as well with nothing to do at work either. I want to look for another job, but my husband told me, "look at it this way, you are getting paid for sitting around." Well, that's not my job. I'm a hard worker, always have been and I don't like to just "sit around" and do nothing. It's frustrating.
They have managed to take away our internet at work, saying we cannot surf the net otherwise we will be written up. Oh come on now... if there is nothing to do, then what's wrong with surfing the Creating Keepsakes website? lol
